* Developing Safety Management Policies
* Coordinating Training Programs
* Investigating Workplace Incidents
* Preparing Reports
* Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
* Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
* Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
* Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
* Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
* Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
* Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
* Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
* Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned
Maintenance
* Developing and implementing company maintenance policy
* Management of standalone marshaling / maintenance yard involving technical and administrative aspects
* Ensure road worthiness of commercial fleet as per requirement
* Developing an ISO standard maintenance workshop infrastructure
* Developing and training of technical team and drivers
* Managing all counter parties including suppliers and OEMs
* Ensure zero failures in following up of maintenance SOPs
* Ensure regular inspection of all vehicles as per existing procedure and maintain the record of all such inspections
* Responsible for in house maintenance of trucks while utilizing the maintenance team which include all types of oil changing, spare parts changing and all type of repairs
* Responsible for coordination and implementation of repair & maintenance by the third party contractor, under the signed maintenance contract with Sino Truck and Dysin Automobiles
* Responsible for efficient use of fund of maintenance and timely provision of their supporting for account branch record
* Highlight immediate issues faced by the company in terms of maintenance of vehicles during the monthly briefing
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting input
* Ensure zero failures in following up of operational SOPs
* Ensure regular interaction with existing drivers and helpers and maintain their record as per their enrolment
* Responsible for smooth execution of existing operation in terms of driver management
* Responsible for the discipline and management of the drivers
* Responsible for the inspection of the vehicles in terms of documents, fixtures, tools and tyres after every trip and report to Company Head in case of any discrepancies found
* Responsible for upkeep of the marshaling area with the help of admin team
* Responsible for timely collection of way expense from the drivers and submitting these to operations branch within 48 hours of vehicles arriving back through the deputed staff
* Responsible for the smooth accountability of way expense management in coordination with Ops and marshaling area admin staff
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting input.
