Processor at Centralized Bulk Processing

Job descriptions/ responsibilities for consumer ops processor are mention below. For Auto /Personal Loan Unit: Processing of operational activities w.r.t Disbursement & Maintenance of Auto/Personal Loan portfolio This position is responsible for daily Auto/ Personal Ops, Auto- Ijarah/ Auto corporate disbursement, MIS Updation MPD, LPC Reversal & handle queries of disbursement Handling Auto / Personal Loan Product (Payoff & NOC) In addition branches quires assignments are being accomplished on daily basis. Strong follow-up with insurance companies for timely resolution of insurance claims & Renewal Cards Ops: For Card Maintenance Unit: The core responsibilities are handling of Credit card maintenance activities and resolving customer complaints via CMS system. Also to make sure that all the activities are carried as per approved processes/policies and within assigned TAT. For Mail Management Unit: This position is responsible for handling of customers complaints related to statement not received, courier follow-ups, delivery statuses upload on CTL (credit card statements) and e-form processing. For Dispute Resolution Unit: Ensuring all chargeback processing carried out within the established deadlines in accordance with applicable policies and procedures defined by VISA-INTERNATIONAL and MasterCard Should have Excel or access expertise (for formulas etc.)
