Urgently looking for Sales Manager Sector: Freight & Logistics Location: Karachi Gender: Male Graduation with 10 Years of relevant experience in logistics/freight sector

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs & competition
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Monitor operational management as per the principal requirement.
Negotiate rates and terms with all Carriers.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
To retain old customers.
To achieve assigned KPIs/Targets
To provide weekly sales activity report
