We are hiring Position Title: Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, Location: Lahore, For one of our MNC clients,

The purpose of this role is to support in maximizing penetration of Brands, Increase the perceived value of the company’s products and enhance the position on digital channels marketing platforms, and in the Market by supporting as a driving force in the creation and delivery of brand profile and corresponding materials for digital assets/ channels. Adopt customer centric approach and works across departments to support teams with their copy-writing needs

Responsibilities

Assist in the handling and execution of digital marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with digital/ creative agencies and relevant teams for content development, excellence, and execution.
Gather customer interaction data from multiple channels and activations.
Use analytical skills to gauge the activities and propose potential areas for future programs.
Travel in the field alone/ or with relevant territory managers for insights and audit the campaign execution and report performance and areas of improvement.
Support in building a digital strategy for customer acquisition, and engagement, and enhance brand awareness through digital campaign executions.
Assist in managing digital channels i.e., Facebook, and YouTube channels.
Work closely for content development and manage it on channels.
Coordinate promotional messages and disburse them through the SMS portal and internal WhatsApp groups.
Explore emerging technologies and propose an actionable plan, work towards consideration of utilizing those such as TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.
Maintain Packaging Artwork on a digital platform (e-label server).
Follow branding guidelines for the development of communication material.
Coordinate with internal, and external stakeholders for content development and verification.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Any other task assigned by the manager

Skills:

Urdu reading, and writing (since all communication with the target audience is being placed in Urdu)
Analytical skills especially command of MS Excel, Office Software especially data-software
Language skills: Proficient in Urdu, English, and Punjabi
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
External networking and benchmarking of best practice.

Internal: Marketing, Sales, Market Development, Field Solution, Regulatory Science, Supply Chain

External: Customers/ Dealers, Suppliers
