Responsibilities:
- Assist in all AP processing.
- Bill process in Bil.com & in QuickBooks.
- Responsible to track monthly bills.
- Help Supervisor in Hierarchy bill making files.
- Ensure to entered data in correct GL code, QB Class code, with suitable memo.
- Following up with the concerned person.
- Assist supervisor in accomplishment of task
- Prepare and maintain Utility Account list.
- Prepare and maintain Utility Account Credential sheet.
- Keeping record for all processed data in local drive and on SharePoint.
- Payment reconciliation.
- Vendor Unpaid balance/account reconciliation
- View and analyze the check register.
- Assist Boss in weekly payment.
- Maintain record to send with check stub.
- Assist vendors via call or through by email.
- Help supervisor to get all stuff done in given deadline.
Requirement:
- Minimum Experience of 1 to 2 years
- Offshore accounting experience will be a plus
- Minimum education must be graduate
- QuickBooks experience is plus
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communication
- Organization and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management.
