We urgently needs Business & Tele-sales Officer (Female) at Clifton / Defense Area Karachi.

General Description

Primary task is to call the prospect list to schedule appointments for the mangers/directors.
Telesales officer needs to produce atleast two appointments a day and send calendar requests to the prospect and pertinent managers.
Develop and maintain data base of bid opportunities countrywide and internationally.
Maintain follow-ups with the prospects by registering the correspondence in daily MIS.
Sharing daily call MIS with department’s head.
Updating the prospect list with latest information such as Contact details, including new appointees, their latest designations (if changed), contact numbers, email addresses e.t.c.
New companies induction with required information to the prospect list by taking assistance from LinkedIn, Yellow pages, relevant industry’s directory and other available sources.
Daily / Weekly meeting/s (as per requirement) with the manager/s to discuss progress, issues and suggestions to improve and attain the assigned targets in given time frame.
Identification of opportunities and areas that may enhance or improve current process.
Work closely with reporting manager in the assigned job.
Key Attributes:
Politeness,Courteously Calm in Pressurized Situations Friendly while conversing with a prospect.
He / She must be following the given script without sounding mechanical.
Should provide precise information about the service without getting into the details as this could lead to non-productivity and possibility of losing the opportunity.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude is required from the telesales officer.
Maintain office discipline & decorum by fulfilling the consigned job description.
