We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Content operations associate for our OTT platform. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all content featured on our platform. A keen attention to detail and the ability to stay focused are essential traits required for this role.

In addition to overseeing the content, the successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Strong communication skills are therefore a must-have for this position.

To effectively manage the metadata and titles of the programming, we are seeking a candidate with excellent English language proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also required, and a willingness to learn new software, particularly Amazon AWS, is essential.

Key Duty and Responsibilities

QC published titles on platforms, track errors, and resolve any errors.
Managing content operation and localization workflow and schedules.
Duties will require an accurate and methodical approach to testing as well as a very focused and detailed attention to audio and video files.
Individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
Evaluating the quality of and checking for errors in digital video/audio assets.
Describing and identifying the severity of issues in content.
Confirming basic technical requirements and client specifications.
Ensuring overall integrity and quality of content (video, audio, captions, etc.) adhere to standards as well as any additional client specific requirements.
Work with engineering to address hardware/software concerns /upgrades as needed.
Creative writing of textual metadata of all content on the platform, such as synopsis, descriptions, slogans, titles, and scripts.
Coordinating with distributors/studio to receive metadata details and descriptions, artwork, and content.
Coordinate publishing schedule, content delivery, and content readiness for weekly publishing.
Maintain positive and productive communication between external vendors.
Maintain the publishing calendar in concert with content and marketing teams.
Work on AWS, digital delivery methods, to ensure content delivery, ingest, encoding and publishing.
Troubleshoot publishing issues if any.
Communicate with the tech team for technical troubleshooting and enhancement.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, content, marketing, and tech.
Source metadata textual and visual to support publishing and creative designers.
Coordinating with distributors/studio to receive metadata details and descriptions, artwork, and scripts, and subtitle files SRT when available.
