Perform In-Bound - Out Bound Calls to investors on daily basis.

Correspondence with investors.
Distribution of daily and monthly instruments.
Responsible for sending monthly and yearly account statement.
Responsible for maintain logs and call to returns courier.
Responsible for release SMS and EMAIL on expired CNIC.
Responsible for release letters, SMS & email for resigned staff.
The position is responsible for all call center and investor services activities.
Coordination with operations department regarding transactional issues.
Coordination with IT department regarding online services issues.
Work closely with Regional Heads and Area Managers regarding investor queries and complaints.
