Technical / Functional Skills –

Experience of supporting 24X7 security support operations
Create new DLP/Cloud access policies as per use case.
Managing policy violations.
Experience of implementation of any CASB products.
Remediation management which includes quarantine management and customization of tombstone messages
Creating Threat Protection Activity reports.
Service Threat/Anomaly management and remediation
Scheduling and managing On-Demand Scan.
ODS Policy violation management.
Remediation management.
Capture a complete audit trail of all user and admin activity.
Centralized policy violation management pages help you keep a handle on automatic and manual remediation actions.
Control access to data based on user role, device, and/or location.
RBAC-based access levels make it easy to assign appropriate permissions to users.
A technical hands-on role to drive the QA for the API content component of Skyhigh.
Experience of integration of CASB solutions for one or more of cloud services such as Office 365, Box, AWS, Google Drive, Azure, Sales Force and Service Now
Design and develop automation framework using APIs of both internal and external cloud applications.
Work on unit, integration, and system testing of the feature components with different parts of system.
Run Sanity, regression, performance and security suites on regular basis and log bugs.
Knowledge of proxies, reverse proxies, packet inspection and networking concepts such as vlans,subnets,L2,L3, firewalls DLP, IDS/IPS, vpn etc.
