- Responsible for Employee Engagement and motivation, grievance handling, building employee Morales through events and entertainment
- Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Headhunting and posting on different job portals.
- Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
- Responsible for Performance Management
- Responsible for Payroll management
- Maintain attendance record
- Maintain leave record
