We are a software and education company and we are in need of an inhouse Accountant

You must know

paper ledgers,
usage of accountancy software,
How to submit company tax information to relevant government departments.
Uphold all hr procedures i.e. attendance, preparing payrolls, getting a contract signed, recruitment, etc
Know fully how hr software works etc
at least a few years of experience..
On a daily basis check figures, income. expenses and maintain/collect/gather associated documents/bills etc
Hold our cash accounts
followup on creditors to collect past overdue
maintain an inventory list of all office assets.

A formal degree is not a requirement

Know the actual task and past experience is key.
