Objective 1

To collect data from field on designed tools/formats

Tasks & responsibilities

· Data collection using Impact Flow Diagram and Most Significant Change Methods tools from communities

· Post-KAP Data Collection

· Proactively engaging with community for active participation of community

Objective 2

Co-ordination

Tasks & responsibilities

· Participate in daily meetings before leaving for field

· Work closely with PQA supervisor and RU Manager for data collection execution

· Communicate aims and objectives of the study with community and respondents

· Establish good relationship with the Taluka and UC authorities and community leaders

· Establish a good understanding of the program within the Community

Trainings

· Be prepared to undergo on data collection tools

· Familiarization on data collection tools

Objective 4

Adhere to AAH policies and procedures

Tasks & responsibilities

· Collect and report any new security information, incident or any change of the context to the line manager

· Respect the security guidelines as set in the Program Security Plan

· Follow AAH charter and gender policy during working with AAH.
