Timing:

8 pm to 5 am (Night Shift)
We are a growing Accounting Consultancy firm having a portfolio of Multi-Million Dollar companies in the States.
We are looking to hire a finance professional having a good grip on Accounting and Finance with hands-on expertise in the technological aspects of today’s business accounting.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information of different businesses like Drop shipping, Manufacturing, etc.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports according to IFRS or GAAP as may require.
Preparing an inventory reconciliation report and made adjustments accordingly.
Reconciles financial discrepancies (like in Banks, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.) by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
To make sure professional and technical knowledge is up to date.
Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
