The SEO Analyst position is a full-time employment opportunity. We are looking for a data-driven inbound/SEO marketer to be a member of the Digital Experience team executing SEO strategy for all associated web properties.

The strongest candidates are organized, proactive digital marketers with over minimum 2-3 year of organic search engine optimization experience, and can effectively manage multiple SEO campaigns

Essential Job Duties:

Identify organic SEO limitations including technical, onsite, content issues & opportunities
Create an organic SEO strategy to overcome limitations & achieve the client’s business goals
Effectively communicate with Digital Experience team members and other internal teams
Monitor & analyze campaign performance, provide strategy adjustments based on performance
Complete understanding of strategic SEO & SEM principles including but not limited to: keyword search, optimizing campaigns for conversions, bid optimizations, landing page optimizations, a solid understanding of the quality score and how to improve them, ability to run reports and communicate areas of concern.
Off-Page SEO: Should be able to build high authority websites backlink. able to identify spamy backlinks, able to rank website. able to build relevant backlinks.

Minimum Requirements (include but not limited to):

2-3 years of organic SEO experience
Experience managing campaigns for multiple websites
Proficiency with basic, white-hat SEO factors, tactics, tools & techniques
Effective communication & collaboration skills
Current knowledge of industry trends and SEO best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Agency experience preferred.
Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principals
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights
Experience with SEMRush, AHREF’s, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Moz & other industry tools
Familiar with Drupal and/or other content management systems (CMS)
Familiar with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiar with Schema markup, HTML, CSS
