Line Management

The Driver reports to and works under the supervision of the Fleet Coordinator and Islamabad Office Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

Drive office vehicles for the transport of authorised personnel.
Observe the road and traffic laws and regulations of the Government of Pakistan.
Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards
Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy, secure and in good working condition at all times
Take care of the day to day maintenance of assigned vehicles, check oil, water, battery and brakes.
Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory.
Prepare and submit records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month along with timesheet.
Maintain mileage logs and complete pre-trip inspection.
Able to manage best routes to destinations by using maps and GPS, if required
Ensures that, in the event of an accident involving the office vehicle, the necessary steps required by rules and regulations are followed.
Perform other related duties as required

Skills and Experience Required:

Education: Matriculation or above

Communication Skill: Able to communicate in English, and proficient to use social network (WhatsApp) and mobile(Google map, and GPS)

Driving skills: Valid LTV / Motor Car License, Additional safety training (Defensive Driving Basics,

Surveillance and anti-surveillance, First Aid & Emergency Drills and advance driving concepts)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with multinational organisations and able to work in multi-cultural environment.

References will be required and driving test will be taken.
