1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
2. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
3. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
5. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
6. Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
7. Lead generation and appointment setting skills
8. Outbound call center experience of Telesales will be preferred
9. Basic Salary plus daily and monthly bonus will be awarded
