Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for claim closing of all hospital claims and registration of non-panel claims.
- Scrutinizing the hospital claims as per policy terms & conditions.
- Coordination & handling quires of branches & hospitals.
- Responsible for properly validating the information on all received medical claims.
- Ensure claims are thoroughly reviewed and that there is no missing or incomplete information.
- Ensure loss registration of OPD & reimbursement claims in HIS.
- Filing of OPD / reimbursement claims in card files.
- Responsible for forwarding all claims on timely basis for evaluation / closing.
- Draft requirement / regret letters for all OPD / reimbursement claims.
- Maintain errorless data entry in software (HIS).
- Coordinate and handle queries received from branches and clients.
- Prepare and maintain the record of daily log.
- Keep meticulous records of claims and follow up on lapsed cases.
- Ensure medical claims were processed according to timeline provided by supervisor.
- Responsible for any other task/ assignments as and when given by supervisor.
