Approve quotations, issue motor policies, endorsements, resolve undertaking issues according to underwriting manual and guidelines.
Ensure that all Motor Insurance quotations are approved timely, under compliance with Underwriting guidelines.
To enter Direct policies in software.
To ensure to enter all types of Motor endorsements in software and ensure to update with RTA.
To ensure that all related documents are received and filed properly.
To ensure swift response through mails, phone and face to face contact with brokers, development staff and customers.
Provide support to brokers and development staff to achieve and retain existing business.
To coordinate with Finance Department for feedback of outstanding premiums of Motor Insurance policies, before approving policies (direct/ corporate customer).
To send renewal letters to direct/ corporate customers.
