- Verification of input tax of claims and head office with the invoices uploaded by vendors in the strive system of PRA, SRB, KPK and FBR etc.
- Reconcile the withholding sales tax deducted by clients in Sindh province and maintain record of withholding, co-ordinate with the division for accuracy of debit notes in case of refund endorsements and maintain proper record.
- Reconcile and maintain sales tax withheld by AICL form the insurance agents,
- Deposit of income tax and sales tax of the window takaful.
- Reconciliation of tax ledgers.
- Reconciliation of withho9lding statements with the audited accounts as required u/s 165.
- Coordinate with the IT for tax setup changes and make available various parameters like company, non-company, filer, non- filer etc.
- Reconcile and maintain appropriate record of advance tax paid / deducted from the AICL during the year,
- Prepare record of sales tax invoices of vendors and service providers pertaining to Head Office for the purpose of input tax,
- Assisting to tax manager in preparation of reports and tax hearing.
- Reply of notices and compliance on all sales tax and income tax matters.
