A BM is responsible for the overall management of a Branch Office, and achievement of its assigned business target. The BM shall supervise the business activities of 2 DMs (2 Business Units), and personally supervise 2 Sales Units. The BM shall also ensure renewals of policies under the Branch, according to persistency requirements.
The business incentive & fuel allowance of a BM is based on average monthly business issued by the Branch. For this purpose, the BM is being evaluated quarterly, where business incentive & fuel allowance is payable in the 3 subsequent months, based on average monthly production of the previous quarter.
The 1st evaluation of the new BM is in the 4th month after joining.
