Preparing monthly Expense Sheet of Agency Distribution.
Prepare Cost Breakup of all expense heads.
Prepare Expense Report Region wise/ ASDs/ Comparison reports
Keeping the senior manager updated regarding major cost heads and forwarding his queries to finance for discussion
Forwarding region wise cost reports to the respective setup heads and keeping them updated about their region expense status.
Maintaining daily/monthly databases of petty cash and other expenses/ accounts payable data
Creating manual ROPS of Utilities/ Vendor payments
Uploading of utilities and payments on system, getting them approved by the concerned manager
Forwarding all payments related to vendors & utilities to finance on timely basis for timely transfer of payments
Keeping continuous coordination with finance department and BOs for ensuring timely transfer and receiving of payments
