Assist in developing and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Complete all assigned Tasks quickly e.g. Banking, Office Maintenance, Purchasing from Market, Generator Operating, Electric Work etc.
Candidate must be honest and punctual.
Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through filing and Data Entry.
Procure consumables, Collecting Quotations, inviting vendors for the office maintenance.
To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the MD/Management.
Look after routine office matters
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Dealing with Vendors
Reminding the MD/Manager of important tasks and deadlines
Communicate professionally and courteously with seniors and coworkers.
Must be familiar with all locations within the city.
Must have a valid Bike driving license
Any other task assigned by MD/Manager
• Minimum of two years experience in all aspects of secretarial duties.
• Experience with computer and proficient with word and spreadsheets.
10 to 11 Hour work duty
Requirements• Matric or High school diploma.
