Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to sell programmatic mobile advertising campaigns/platform to Lahore Advertising Agencies and PK clients.

You will build expert knowledge of the AdMaxim offering to enable you to make recommendations to customers on client briefs. Making use of tools and data to gather insights and create engaging presentations you will sell to our wide portfolio of Advertising Agencies. 

Minimum of 3-4 years PK Media agency sales experience. This is your opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and innovative companies operating in the world’s fastest growing media channel. You will develop, maintain and enhance key relationships across media agencies to drive revenue for the company. 

Specific Responsibilities

  •    Deliver revenue against set budgets and report on sales performance in weekly sales meetings.
  •   Meet on a regular basis with key account holders to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities.
  •   Delivering a full end-to-end service solution and ensuring optimum levels of customer service are adhered to at all times.
  •   Maintaining an active sales pipeline to deliver visibility on all business opportunities.
  •   Learn and develop understanding of a variety of tools used within the business. This includes the AdMaxim UI, Salesforce and Basecamp.
  •   Work alongside Regional Head of Sales to develop agency and brand strategies.
  •   Develop a strong working relationship with all departments within AdMaxim to ensure that the company deliver the best results for their clients.
  •   Collaborate with the team to ensure best practice in the mobile space is offered at all times.
  •   Be aware of all competitor activity in this space that may impact on the company’s business.
  •   Ensure all key contacts are kept informed of the latest developments, targeting capabilities, case studies and research within the AdMaxim platform.

 Desired Skills and Experience

  •   3-4 years min PK agency sales experience. Some digital media experience ideally but not required.
  •   Knowledgeable and passionate about the mobile and media marketplace.
  •   Must be proactive in their delivery – identifying potential opportunities for growth and positioning themselves as thought leaders in the space.
  •   Self-starters with the ability to work with strong team players.
  •   You will be expected to have a flexible and positive attitude to internal and external work flows.

There will be times when it is expected for you to work outside of allocated hours.
