Job Description for SQA

Develop and Review Bug Reports and do the necessary follow up during the complete bug life cycle.
Develop and Review test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts related to the module or project.
Create and validate test data for functional components of web applications.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor task status.
Implement software tools and technologies, testing techniques and procedures which facilitate the SQA process.
Participate and contribute in analysis meetings.
Assist Project leads in solving Quality Assurance issues.
Facilitate meetings with system development staff throughout the test effort.
Communicating with developers,Analyst and Client Services team concerning defects/bugs.
Evaluate and test software programs to verify programs function according to user requirements.
Assist in the transfer of fully tested software into operational versions, including the preparation and distribution of software and appropriate collateral materials to users.
Plan and perform Load/Performance Testing.
