Job Description

Maintain excellent working relationships with the clients
Liaison with clients to keep them informed and updated with the progress of their campaigns
Handle and satisfy client queries and concerns on immediate basis
Coordinate with operaions/production for timely and on-specs quality deliveries
Cross-sell the wide range of available solutions to clients
Ensure optimum utilization of resources and streatmline business operations
Provide advice on the full range of products, also liaising internally to maximise knowledge
Process invoicing and biling through Accounts
Dliver quality client services
Record and report

Required Attributes

Knowledge and experience of promotional give aways and corporate gifts is a must
At least bachelors degree. Business management degree preferred.
Ability to negotiate
Ability to handle difficult people and tough situations
Aptitude to acquire and retain product knowledge
Strong CS, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Deep client-oriented inclination
Strong presentation skills
Selling skills
Computer proficieny and strong working knowledge of Excel required
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Proactive & ambitious
Passionate about client service
