Talented candidates are required for QA Career positions in one of the most leading and fastest growing industries of Digital Services in Pakistan;
Tasks for QA Executive:
- Evaluation of Sales calls by listening to it and marking it according to the defined standards.
- Analyzing the trend of agent mistake and later on conducting session to improve it.
- Must have sound knowledge of FCR.
- Should have sound knowledge of disposition auditing.
- QA Executive should know Reporting Management. He would be responsible for calibration with Sales Manager and the agents.
- Candidate having CALL CENTRE experience will be preferred.
