Talented candidates are required for QA Career positions in one of the most leading and fastest-growing industries of Digital Services in Pakistan;

Tasks for QA Executive:

Evaluation of Sales calls by listening to them and marking them according to the defined standards.
Analyzing the trend of agent mistakes and later on conducting sessions to improve it.
Must have sound knowledge of FCR.
Should have sound knowledge of disposition auditing.
QA Officer should know Reporting Management. He would be responsible for calibration with the Sales Manager and the agents.
Candidate having CALL CENTRE experience will be preferred

Note: There will be a speaking test.
