As the SEO Specialist you will be managing the organic search presence for all relevant projects operated by the company. This will encompass all elements of SEO, from briefing developers with on page technical amendments, to briefing and managing the SEO Team, to smart outreach afterwards.

As a SEO Specialist your duties and responsibilities will be:

The creation and implementation of a strategy that will get us results
Technical on page audits – analysis and managing implementations
Off page / link building – strategy and execution
Competitor Analysis – on and off page
Analysis – crawling, duplication and organisation of content
Testing – proposals from own research for internal review
Campaign wrap-ups – traffic, link, ranking and revenue analysis/ Calculation of ROI
Attend conferences/networking and report back to business.
Management and creation of new and effective content

An ideal SEO Specialist will have the following skills and attributes:

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven results through strategy you have created and implemented
Hands on technical experience in SEO
Perfect, overall understanding of the SEO process, including on page and off page
Knowledge of site tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools / SEM Rush etc
Understanding of Structured Data and AMP.
Experience of working with content management systems

Attributes

Strong organisational skills
Understanding of what’s going on in the industry and know who is worth listening to and who isn’t
A strong entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to go the extra mile
