Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Manage and provide support to LAN and WAN Network devices.
- Manage Installing, Desktop support, configuring and maintain servers and networks.
- Providing Technical Support & Troubleshooting, System Maintenance, Information & Experience of Dialers
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor`s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with call center applications and telephony system.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience Required (Call Centers).
