Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Interview & Shortlist applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria by networking, internet recruiting resources, LinkedIn hunting, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Expert in negotiating Rates/Salary.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel and makes hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
Extend offers of employment to candidates
Negotiate and close qualified candidates pay rate, and availability for submittal and interview.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Develop KPIs for operational reporting as needed.

Experience and Skills Required for the Role:

2 to 3 years of Retail recruiting experience.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
