Manage and supervise entire store operations including customers services, inventory management, visual merchandising, staff training and evaluation.
Self motivated, Disciplined and Punctual.
Motivated store team and develop culture of appreciation.
Responsible for the store Targets.
Coordinate with marketing team for effective implementation of marketing strategies.
To manage stock level and making key decision in order to avoid excess or shortage of inventory.
Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Properly checking of shelf and window and display items as instructed by management.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Gathering market and customer information.
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Reviewing sales performance.
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
Demonstrating and presenting products to customer.
