Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Designing Technical Deployment plan and its execution for Afiniti.
Conduct technical discovery of client telephony and reporting architecture.
Experience in implementation-level software design and development of software using c#/vb, Java, .Net and SQL Server technologies.
Provide troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis assistance to Support team, train post event as required.
Provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales team.
Afiniti routing & reporting services installation and configuration.
Provide technical support in project scoping.
Collaborate with Telephony and Infrastructure team during Afiniti certification process with telephony product vendors such as Avaya, Genesys, & Cisco.
An understanding and exposure to Team Foundation Server and GIT.

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecom Engineering.
