Handling and Overseeing Business Sales Policy (Advance, Recovery, Cash) and Generate Invoicing at National Level Account.
Take sales order and manage them.
Making daily dispatch report & inform to sales team about stock dispatching.
Shifting of product from dealer to dealer.
Calculation of all dealers’ year end & policy incentives as per company policy.
Finalize of Sales staff year end incentive as per company policy.
Stock inspection on monthly basis.
Drafting a time scale for the job.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Time to time Reconcile Supplier’s Ledger & report differences to directors.
Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Supervising and motivating a Small team of 5 workers.
Reviewing worker performance.
Identifying training needs.
Assist to Logistic Manager regarding making Weight Load & Route Plan for vehicles dispatching.
