We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Following are the details of the job description:
- Must have strong communication skills in Urdu.
- Candidates with previous Customer support or Call center experience will be preferred.
- Be a strong liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- Follow communication “scripts” when coordinating with our clients.
- Identify the demand of customers, and their requirements for the right Real-estate project and coordinate with them accordingly.
- Taking follow-ups from clients till they convert to become our clients.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database and ensure feedback regarding all queries received is given on daily basis. (Fresh candidate encourages to apply)
