Job Description
- This role draws on expertise in analysis, big data, and operations to manage and improve the processes.
- Develop efficient, workable solutions that perform prescribed research methods and business rules.
- Apply statistical analyses, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Partner with developers, statisticians, and product managers to deliver timely, high-quality product data.
- Design, develop, and implement creative quality assurance tests that validate source data and output.
- Support statistical teams that research and evaluate new methods.
- Exercise experience in the development lifecycle through analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of improvements to business processes.
- Manage and motivate staff to high levels of team performance.
Required Skills
- Professional Experience as Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Experience with Modeling Business problems using the Machine Learning and Deep Learning Frameworks.
- Ability to Research and utilize Industrial Research into modern solutions based on the Business requirement.
- Writing & maintaining REST API in Python.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Feature Engineering in Python.
- Experience of Implementing the Machine Learning/Deep Learning Solutions in Python.
- Knowledge of Implementation of Machine Learning Algorithms E.g. Random Forest, Logistic Regression etc.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark for data preparation, data transformation and the development of machine learning models (ML or MLlib).
- Knowledge of other programming languages like C++, JAVA etc.
- Record of success managing critical processes and teams in a fast-paced business environment with competing priorities, vague requirements, and rapid iterations.
- Strong software development skills and expertise designing efficient SQL queries of big data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences or Data Sciences
Required Experience: 4+ years
