Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Responsible to advertise external positions using social & other media. Ensure internal job announcements.
Ensure maintenance of CV database.
Explore Institutes & Universities to find competent young talent.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection.

Must be helping to deliver a great hiring process.
You can work effectively with internal partners and candidates, possesses great communication skills, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and still remain detail oriented

Requirements

Experience 3 to 5 years.
Must have HR degree BBA/MBA/Master in HR.
Must have the experience of IT Recruitment, well aware from all the technologies.
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, etc.).
Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
