Sr. IT Recruiter

This role requires an individual who has extensive experience in IT domain and can recruit quality candidates in a timely manner. This individual’s ability is to work on sharp deadlines and on multiple vacancies at one time.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment

Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates

Evaluate candidate’s strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential open opportunities

Expert in negotiating rates/salary

Sourcing candidates through various internet job-boards

Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment

Communicate with peers by sharing best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience

Minimum of 3+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals

Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement

Availability to work before / after typical office hours as required

Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Thrive in a fast paced environment

Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
