Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry and a proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top-tier IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their IT staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for IT positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified IT professionals, keeping in touch with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment to effectively compete for top talent.
Develop and nurture relationships with IT industry professionals, organizations, and universities to establish a strong network for candidate sourcing.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary information and support as needed.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to hiring and employment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT job roles, skills, and technologies, including software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging IT trends.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
