Treasury Associate

Airlift is building the world’s first decentralized logistics platform with transit and delivery solutions that enable and empower local communities. We view mass transit as a prerequisite for economic development and our delivery platform as an efficient way to move goods around urban ecosystems.

About the Role:

The role requires a capable and highly driven individual with strong eagerness to learn and grow in a challenging yet rewarding fast paced environment. Successful candidates will perform company’s day to day treasury responsibilities, bring new ideas and improve processes in treasury function. Successful candidates will have thorough understanding of day to day operations of a treasury function.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals, and quick problem solvers who gravitate towards a process driven approach solving operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily payment sheet as per the bank statements for management reporting,

Prepare daily cash position report, bank movements and closing balances for PKR and and USD accounts,

Daily reconciliation of banks with the GL, reconciling bank deposits, payments and cash transactions to highlight the irreconcilable differences for further investigation,

Managing the daily operations related to the treasury and developing and maintaining relationship with the banks and financial institutions,

Managing funds for supplier payments, Utilities, and Payroll,

Coordination with banks on a daily basis for cash management, bank statements, RTGS, pay order, exchange rates, services fees and other issues,

Monitoring, planning, and efficiently managing utilization of cash and ensure that cash flow is adequate to allow the company to operate effectively
