§Maintain excel based MIS system for all active, Maintain data base for all outgoing employee. §Maintain employees leave record on daily basis with respect to Annual Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leave and late arrivals. §Responsible for all payroll activities, follow up with departments for overtime sheets, calculate & develope overtime sheets, maintain salary sheet for salary processing. §Develop and maintain bank account sheet for salary disbursement, Issuance of salary slips after payroll disbursement. §Ablility to work through SAP & Responsible for separation process in SAP & Reconcile SAP and legacy payroll. §Develop positions & Departments in respect to organogram in organizational assignment. §Responsible for compilation and making entries of additional payments & Deductions (Meal, Excess Fuel, Lease differential, Excess Mobile, Salary Advance, Overtime and LWOP).
