Assisting Project Manager in various tasks i.e. preparing BOQ, estimating, bill checking according to actual measurement or as per site.
Coordinate between Contractor & Finance department for payments releasing.
Maintain Pour slips and all related test reports.
Maintain site log after each day.
Monitor Project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain Project documentation of all Projects.
Scheduling meetings and prepare/maintain MOM with Contractor & Consultant.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Consultant, Contractor Project team.
Coordinate and ensure submittal of Project closeout documentation.
Perform routine visits to site to monitor the work progress.
