We are looking for an experienced and talented Male Customer Support Manager / CSR for a US-based company who has good communication skills for our night shift.

The candidate should be hard-working, dedicated, and self-motivated.
Must have experience in some support software like Zoho desk, live chat, Zen desk, etc.
A good salary package is waiting for the right deserving candidate.

Skills Required:

Strong US English communication skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Browsers, MS Excel, and Word)
Ethical Professional and data organizational Skills
2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of IT & Technical Roles and Skills is a great plus

Prospective candidates must have:

Good English language skills
Must have experience in some support software like Zoho desk, live chat, Zen desk, etc.
Preferably Good typing skills.
Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
Preferably one year of experience working in the call Centre industry.
Good communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer services skills

Note:

Flexible to work in NightShift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Monday to Friday Only
Comfortable and Safe working environment
