1. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1.5+ years of blockchain development experience

3. Experience of working on Ethereum platform

4. STO & ICO development and deployment experience

5. Experience with Linux, Docker, AWS, DevOps.

6. Proficient with one or more programming languages such as Solidity, Java, NodeJS

7. Good understanding of various different consensus algorithms used in Bitcoin Blockchain, Ethereum, Byzantine fault tolerant algorithms including Hyperledger Fabric PBFT algorithm etc.

8. Experience with database architecture and design to create storage solution for managing distributed ledger and related data/state in files/database system.

9. Private and public blockchain based applications development experience

10. Having strong grip on writing smart contracts and consensus algorithms

11. Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic

12. Excellent researching skills

13. Excellent programming skills, knowledge of blockchain protocols and strong analytical abilities.

14. Hyperledger and EOS blockchain platforms are plus points.

15. Create best practices/guidelines for blockchain teams

16. Remain updated with emerging trends in Blockchain
