AK Digital is a UK based security company. We are looking for an experience CSR/Customer Serive Representative to join our expanding team. Please note that this role does not involve cold calling, you will be calling our already booked security officers.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Call our Security Officers in the UK to ensure that they have arrived at the assigned locations.
- Booking officers on site and updating ROTA accordingly
- Keeping relevant departments informed in a timely manner in case of officer blowouts.
- Arranging personnel replacement with the concerned departments and suppliers in case of blowouts.
Skills Required:-
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Must be flexible with the rotating shift as the shifts are assigned on a weekly basis according to ROTA requirement
- Undertake responsibility and ensure timely solutions
- Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
