Responsibilities:
- Understand the buying needs of customers
- Understand the services provided by the company and train sales team accordingly
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay aligned with company's strategy & vision
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive, real estate or banking industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using sales software and tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build & manage a team of sales executives, customer relationship executives & call center agents
