Effectively manage daily operations of the branch
· Develop and implement sales plans for real estate
· Conduct regular sales and operations meetings
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, network and social media
· Use all available means in order to establish contacts and develop relationships with potential customers
· Manage budget, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
· Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
· Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
· Organize events for the branch if required
· Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
· Resolve customer problems and complaints on prompt basis
· Must plan to achieve weekly or monthly targets
· Negotiate/close deals
· Comply with company’s dress code policy
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
