· Assist Marketing Director in Projects developed and implemented by the company and also marketing and advertising campaigns.
· Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
· Assist Director Marketing in Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
· Assists in forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives;
· Assists in planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
· Managing marketing activities with Directors approvals
· Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
· Keep records of vendors.
· Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
· Supports staff by providing data and direction set by Management, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
· Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics,
· market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
· Assist in managing marketing and digital marketing team.
· Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
· Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Perform tasks assigned by management
Requirements include: -
1. Graduate/ Bachelor’s in Marketing degree or higher
2. Negotiation skills
3. Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
4. Exemplary writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
5. Must have excellent knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing.
6. Excellent communication and analytical skills in both written and spoken English.
7. Excellent knowledge and understanding of company procedures
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
9. Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
