Supervise all customer care department activities.
- Supervise and provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
- Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image.
- Ensure Communication/coordination with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process.
- Ensure that customer care team is guiding and dealing with Client’s installments, transfers and refunds according to the standards.
Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other office executive with chairman.
- Supervise for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises.
- Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person through customer care team and as required.
- Supervise the team for clients with documents and receipts.
- Ensure that team is properly facilitating client at the time of booking or while depositing installments.
- Ensure that clients query is properly addressed and its forwarded to designated authority.
- Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department.
- Supervise in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given to Customer care department by the Chairman.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
