his Position will Build a precise measurement to identify the boundaries of a parcel of land and prepares reports, maps, and plots that are used for construction, deeds, or other legal documents and Business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationship with clients.

Job Description/Job Responsibilities

Direct or Record the results of surveys, including location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.
Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, geodetic measurements. search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys. Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
Sale product by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects. Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer need also set up meetings with potential clients.
Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e. Formal Business Attire to be worn from Monday to Friday, Casual Business Attire to be worn on Saturday of each week
Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization

Qualifications and skills

Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proven experience as a real estate surveyor by demonstrated success for meeting goals.
Thorough understanding of real estate surveyor techniques.
Fast learner and positive attitude.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
Interpersonal Skills & Confidence
Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in industry
