Their work includes:

Maintain organizational presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Design and develop creative growth strategies
In Consultation with Designing team, undertake creative and innovative content to promote brand-focused messages
Work in collaboration with social media team members, including designing team and content creator
Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns with minimum cost and maximum output
Maintain a proper record of assigned and accomplished task.
Apprise the management about new developments and suggested improvements /strategy
Ensure security and safety against hacking/ negative trends
Observe the rules and policies of the organization

Requirements include:

BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels?
